The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view your upcoming time off.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees
Once management confirms the request, the leave(s) will be listed in the 'Upcoming time off' section under the ‘Leave’ module.
List of details you will be able to view for your approved leave requests are:
- From and Until Date
- Length of the leave
- Status: Pending or Approved
- Leave Type
You will also receive an email or text notification based on the settings defined either under your profile or 'Settings' module when your leave is approved or rejected.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler and employees access privileges to view your upcoming time off.
- Leave module must be enabled under the ‘Settings’ module.
Upcoming time off
Step 1: Click ‘Leave’ module from top-panel as shown in Image 1.
You will be able to view the details of your approved leaves as shown in Image 2.
Step 2: Click Hide Past Dates to hide/show past dates as shown in Image 3.
