The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view and cancel your leave requests.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers, and Employees.
Once you have submitted your leave request, it will be shown under Awaiting Approval.
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler, and employee access privileges to view your submitted leave requests pending for approval.
- You will be able to view the requests until they are not approved, once they are approved it will no longer be visible under Awaiting Approval.
- Leave module must be enabled under the Settings module.
The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:
- Leave Awaiting Approval
- Cancel Leave Request
Leave Awaiting Approval
Step 1: Under Leave module from the top-panel, you will be able to view the details of your submitted leave requests under Awaiting Approval pending for approval, as shown in Image 1.
Note: The list of details you will be able to view for your submitted leave request pending for approval are:
- From and Until Date
- Length of the leave
- Status: Pending or Approved
- Leave Type
- Actions: Cancel Request
Cancel Leave Request
Step 1: To cancel the leave request, click on Cancel Request tab > confirm with OK, as shown in image 2.
