The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view and cancel your leave requests.
Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers and Employees.
Once you have submitted your leave request, it will be shown under 'Awaiting Approval'.
List of details you will be able to view for your submitted leave request pending for approval are:
- From and Until Date
- Length of the leave
- Status: Pending or Approved
- Leave Type
- Actions: Cancel Request
Things to know before you begin:
- You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler and employees access privileges to view your submitted leave requests pending for approval.
- You will be able to view the requests until they are not approved, once they are approved it will no longer be visible under ‘Awaiting Approval.’
- Leave module must be enabled under the ‘Settings’ module.

Leave Awaiting Approval
Step 1: Click ‘Leave’ module from top-panel as shown in Image 1.
You will be able to view the details of your submitted leave requests pending for approval as shown in Image 2.
Cancel Leave Request
Step 1: Click ‘Leave’ module from top-panel as shown in Image 3.
Step 2: Click ‘Cancel Request’ tab as shown in Image 4.
Step 3: Click ‘OK’ or ‘Cancel’ (If needed) from the pop-up box as shown in Image 5.
