The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view and cancel your leave requests.


Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers, and Employees.

Once you have submitted your leave request, it will be shown under Awaiting Approval.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor, scheduler, and employee access privileges to view your submitted leave requests pending for approval.

  2. You will be able to view the requests until they are not approved, once they are approved it will no longer be visible under Awaiting Approval.

  3. Leave module must be enabled under the Settings module.

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

  1. Leave Awaiting Approval

  2. Cancel Leave Request

Leave Awaiting Approval

Step 1: Under Leave module from the top-panel, you will be able to view the details of your submitted leave requests under Awaiting Approval pending for approval, as shown in Image 1.

Note: The list of details you will be able to view for your submitted leave request pending for approval are:

  1. From and Until Date

  2. Length of the leave

  3. Status: Pending or Approved

  4. Leave Type

  5. Actions: Cancel Request

Cancel Leave Request

Step 1: To cancel the leave request, click on Cancel Request tab > confirm with OK, as shown in image 2.
