Objective
The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view the shifts of an employee working at multiple locations in one filtered location view using ghost shift functionality.

Ghost Shift gives the ability to view the shifts of an employee working at multiple locations in one filtered location view. For the managers/owners, they can easily avoid conflicts by making the shifts from all the locations visible in one filtered view.
Things to know before you begin:
You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to use ghost shifts option from the drop-down.
You can navigate the schedule to different dates by clicking the arrows found at top mid of the app.
You can view ghost shifts under employee view and different mode with help of the icons listed on the top right and left-hand side.
You need to select a specific position from schedule filters on the left to view the ghost shifts if any.
Ghost Shifts
Step 1: Click ‘ShiftPlanning’ tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.

Note: Select the ‘Interested Location Filter’ from the left-hand side according to your requirements.
Step 2: To view ghost shifts, click ‘Enable Ghost Shifts’ option from the top right downward arrow icon as shown in Image 2.

That's it, If an employee is assigned to shifts in multiple locations and you enable Ghost Shift, by using the location filter, you will be able to view the employee's shift on another location.
