Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to print and save schedules.

Overview

Access from your: Computer
Applies to:  Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers

The print views try to mirror the actual schedule in style, format and the information displayed as much as possible. It will also respect the actual schedule filters upon printing.

Things to know before you begin:

You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to use print and save option from schedule actions drop-down functions.

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

Print and Save

Step 1: Click ‘ShiftPlanning’ tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.

Note: Select your desired 'position' from the list of 'positions to the left if you want to print for certain locations/positions as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: To print or save, click the 'Print & Save' option at the top right downward arrow icon as shown in the Image 2.

Step 3: Navigate to your date and mode of interest (day, week or month) and adjust the views to employee, position, visual and list to print or save the schedule as shown in the Image 3.

Step 4: Print options panel is available on the left to adjust the settings before printing out once you are satisfied with the settings, click 'Update’ as shown in the Image 4.

Step 5: To print the schedule, click the ‘Print’ tab as shown in the Image 5.

Step 6: You can select your 'destination' printer and other options to the left and to the right you will see the print preview.

For full functionality, adobe reader is required. when you're ready, click 'Print' as shown in Image 6.

Step 7: To save click the 'CSV’ icon or the 'PDF' format icon as shown in the Image 7.

Note: To exit the print mode, click ‘Exit Print Mode’ as shown in Image 8.
