'Leave Schedule' Filter & 'Unapprove Leave' Request
See what employees are on Leave within a date range

The objective of this tutorial is to help you view your entire schedule by narrowing your schedule down to the shifts you want to see using ‘Leave Schedule Filter.’


Access from your: Computer
Applies to: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers, Employees

By selecting 'Leave Schedule' from the left-hand side filter panel, you will be able to see who in your company is on vacation. Managers can click on an 'Approved' vacation and 'Unapproved' upcoming time off or remove any past time off.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin or supervisor access privileges in Humanity to view all the filters under the schedule view filter panel.

  2. You can navigate the schedule to different dates by clicking the arrows found at top mid of the app.

  3. You can view pending leave requests under leave schedule in employee view.

  4. Employees can see co-workers vacations.

The scenario outlined in this tutorial consists of the following building blocks:

  1. 'Leave Schedule' Filter

  2. Unapprove Leave Request

‘Leave Schedule’ Filter

Step 1: Click ‘ShiftPlanning’ tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click ‘Leave Schedule’ from the left side as shown in Image 2.

Unapprove Leave Request

Step 1: Click ‘ShiftPlanning’ tab from the top panel as shown in Image 3.

Step 2: Click ‘Leave Schedule’ from the left-hand side filter panel as shown in Image 4.

Step 3: Click on the leave requests made by employee(s) as shown in Image 5 to unapprove the leave requests.

Step 4: Click ‘unapprove’ icon as shown in Image 6.

Step 5: Click ‘Ok’ to confirm as shown in Image 7.

That’s it, leave will be unapproved.
