Shift History

View a Shifts History from within the Shift Edit Window.

Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to view all the history of the specific shift without going to the event log.

Overview

Access from your: Computer
Applies too: Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers

To ease our clients to check when a specific shift had been created, updated or modified, we have ‘Shift History’ which will allow our administrative users to view all the history of the specific shift without going to the event log.

Things to know before you begin:

You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to view all the history of the specific shift.

Shift History

Step 1: Click ‘Shiftplanning tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Select ‘Schedule Overview’ from the filter panel as shown in Image 2.

Step 3: Click on the existing desired shift to view the shift history as shown in Image 3.

Step 4: From the shift edit window, you will see three dots at the top right of the window as shown in Image 4.

Step 5: Click ‘Shift History’ as shown in Image 5.
 

That’s it, you will be able to view the complete history related to that shift with details on the right side panel as shown in Image 6.

Step 6: Click ‘Save & Close’ as shown in Image to close the shift edit window as shown in Image 7.
