The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to publish a schedule to make it go live to everyone.

The idea of publishing schedules is that some managers want the ability to make changes to the schedule without their staff seeing these changes right away. Once the manager is ready he/she can then publish and the changes go live to everyone.
Things to know before you begin:
You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to publish the schedule.
You must have the publish feature enable to make it available for managers, supervisors and schedulers to use it for their workplace.

Step 1: Click ‘Shiftplanning tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.
Step 2: Select ‘Schedule Overview’ from the filter panel as shown in Image 2.
Step 3: Go to your desired timeline and click ‘Publish’ icon as shown in Image 3.
Step 4: A publish window will slide out showing you the summary of the number of shifts you are publishing, unresolved conflicts in the schedule and option for notification preferences as shown in Image 4.
Step 5: Click ‘Publish Shifts’ as shown in Image 5.
Once you publish a schedule, any posterior changes made to those same shifts will show to staff immediately without republishing it. The Republish feature is only to notify staff via email of the changes.
