The idea of publishing schedules is that some managers want the ability to make changes to the schedule without their staff seeing these changes right away. Once the manager is ready he/she can then publish and the changes go live to everyone.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to publish the schedule.

  2. You must have the publish feature enable to make it available for managers, supervisors and schedulers to use it for their workplace.

  3. For more information about activating publish schedule method, go to ‘Settings for Publish Schedule Method.’
