Add a 'Title' to a Shift
Add 'Titles' to the shifts making your important message visibly prominent.

Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to add a title to a shift.

Overview

Access from your: Computer  
Applies to:
Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers

You can add a title to a shift if you want your staff to view an important message or note on top of the shift prominently once your staff view their schedule.
Note: It is optional for you to add a title to the shift according to your requirements.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to add a title to the created shift.

  2. You can navigate the schedule to different dates by clicking the arrows found at top mid of the app.

Add a ‘Title’ to a Shift

Step 1: Click ‘ShiftPlanning’ tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click ‘Schedule Overview’ from the left-hand side filter panel as shown in Image 2.

Step 3: Create a shift or click on existing desired shift, add a title by clicking ‘Click here to add title’ tab as shown in Image 3.

Step 4: Click ‘Save & Close’ as shown in Image 4.

That's it, your employees will be able to view the title you have added on top of their shifts but to notify employees you will have to re-publish the shift again.
